Shockform has a strong culture of innovation, generating peening innovations that solve our customers’ toughest challenges in the field, not just in theory.

Notable examples include:

• The FlapSpeed® PRO controller for rotary flapper peening,
• The Spiker®-ES needle peening tool for aero engine components,
• The SmartPeen® controlled manual peening machine with vacuum reclaim system,
• The E-Strip® is Shockform’s next-generation electronic sensor for intensity measurement and verification, currently in development and already generating strong interest from clients. It builds on more than four years of research and development. The sensor feeds process data back into the same software ecosystem, giving MRO teams a clearer, real-time picture of peening intensity across every tool they run.

These peening innovations are developed and manufactured in-house, allowing Shockform to respond quickly to real maintenance challenges reported by MRO teams and OEMs, rather than following industry trends from a distance. We test each solution directly with the operators who will use it in the field, ensuring that what we build solves a real problem before it becomes a product.
