The SmartPeen® makes manual shot peening much faster and easier. Simply select a recipe from the list, and the system automatically brings pressure and media flow rate to the desired intensity, backed by a media reclaim vacuum that keeps your work area clean. No more fiddling with parameters before starting your work; save precious time every day.

Up to 30 recipes can be pre-saved in the system by an administrator, so operators can only select approved recipes, ensuring consistent, repeatable results. The system also records key process parameters to a USB key for easy printing of a performance report, supporting traceability and SAE AMS compliance.
